 RapidSOS is a useful emergency response platform that can integrate seamlessly with your center. It securely delivers critical data from connected devices, apps, and profiles directly to first responders during emergencies. When someone calls 911, the platform can transmit location information to your system, helping to enhance response times, improve overall situational awareness, and provide helpful information in times of need. 

Prepared live is a software solution that enables dispatchers to live stream and receive photo, video, text, and GPS location from mobile 911 callers in real-time. The platform also enables outbound text-from-911.

By providing real-time, actionable data from callers, Prepared Live enables ECCs to more effectively and efficiently respond to emergencies and non-emergencies. Whether a citizen dials 911 to report a fire, a crime in progress, or a minor, non-active car accident, the dispatcher is empowered to deploy the right solution by leveraging critical data from the caller.

The NENA EPRC is a secure database, web portal and map that contains information about Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) throughout the United States. This central database helps PSAP and 9-1-1 Authority personnel to locate and contact other PSAPs during critical transfer situations, and helps private-sector entities, such as corporations and nonprofits, quickly locate and contact out-of-area 9-1-1 PSAPs during emergencies and other critical outreach situations. This resource can be helpful in moments when someone in your jurisdiction calls on behalf of a person who is in a different jurisdiction. You would be able to look at the database and find out who to call to relay information to provide assistance to that person.

The state has funded this software and where they have already paid for it; it’s available to every PSAP/County/DIGB at no cost that's participating in the state grant program.
